About a week ago I found an all white kitten in the woods. She was friendly and came right to me. As I looked at her I saw she had puffy, red eyes, drainage from her nose, and slight wheezing. I decided to keep the kitten and knew she needed medical attention. After reading the reviews for this vet clinic I was confident they would take good care of her. I am 21 years old and I don't know if people underestimate me or what, but I wasn't exactly as thrilled as I thought I would be after reading these reviews. The doctor was very nice but failed to give Molly (my kitten) the proper attention I felt she needed. She didn't even check her ears that clearly needed attention until after I requested it. I told her I was concerned she may have ear mites so she finally checked and ended up having an ear infection causing hair loss on her ears from irritation. Also, she didn't even check for fleas which seems to be something obviously to check for (especially for a wild kitten). After I returned home I saw she clearly had fleas. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed and probably will not return. Just because I am young does not mean I should not receive the same treatment as any other 40 year old and their pet. Luckily, Molly is slowly recovering and has adjusted perfectly to her new, luxurious home.
