I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Dr. Barnett is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. No waiting time at all and unlike other places, he will see me the same day I ask!

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.
