Dr. Wolverton has been a blessing to the community and their pets. His care is excellent, prices very fair, and his knowledge surpasses ANYONE. I have tried other vets in the past and would only use them in a dire emergency if I couldn't get to Orofino.

Our family are long term customers of Dr. Wolverton. We have used him as the family Vet since 1991. She is always Kind and caring. Very Knowledgeable. I will NOT throw the other vet from orofino under the bus, but will say Dr. Wolverton has alot better bedside manner. Our Miss Maggie just loves Duane, he takes amazing care of her. Sure since 1991, they have had a handful of different office personnel and different vet techs, some friendlier than others, but each one willing to help when needed. I will be very sad when Duane retires, as we haven't trusted our fur babies to anyone else. It will be very hard to find another suitable vet.

I will NEVER return to Clearwater clinic or recommend them. I experienced the worst possible treatment from both the doctor as well as the staff. The doctor didn't even introduce himself or look at me once during the time I was there. He was cold and heartless. His staff was also very cold and disengaged. If I had an emergency again with one of my pets I would preform the surgery myself before I would return. It is quit clear that Dr. Wolverton may like animals ( hard to tell) but he does not like humans. I cannot give this clinic anything other than a zero 0 rating. I took the survey and gave all negative responses and it shows one star. That star was not earned as I did not wish to give it to them but can only guess that it is a required field to complete the survey.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I took my dog to them to be spayed only to find her in a full heat and with a raging infection a couple of weeks later. After calling them for an emergency visit late one afternoon, I was told everyone was ready to leave and I should take her to the emergency clinic an hour and a half away. I found an emergency provider in the same town they are in who was willing to care for my dog. When I explained the situation to the staff they refused to speak with the vet i took her to and turned the bill for the spay (which I admittedly refused to pay since she was not spayed correctly) over to collections. I'd like to see more effort on their part to help me.

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
