Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.
