Called to make an appt and they got me in the same morning. Staff was great! Answered all questions. Very knowlegdeable! Staff treated my 12.5 yr old dog wonderfully. They were kind and spotted the problem immediately. I will definitely return to this Vet for all my dog needs.

This vet administered the wrong vaccine to my tiny 1 1/4 lb chihuahua. There was a total disreguard for her health.
I would never return and would NOT reccomend it to others.

I was referred to Santa Cruc Veterinary Clinic by someone in the same field.I found that this is the finiest and mosy frienly pet clinic I have ever been to .have 4 dogs and know how much it costs to keep them healthy. I WAS SUPRISED when I was told how much it would cost to put my dog back in shape. I don't know of any other place that would charge me such a price for the work that they did. I was prepared to put my dog down,thanks to the staff I didn't have to. My dog is happy and healthy. I would rercommend this clinic to anyone.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. He was up front concerning our dog and didn't hold anything back. The other place we went to gave only two choices. We will be back to Santa Cruz Veterinary Clinic. All the staff members were friendly and informative.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
