They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. The examining rooms at their office were absolutely disgusting. They smelled so bad that it scared my pet. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
