Called and asked for specific treatment of a heat pack that was advertised. Given a price and appointment made. Attended and then the price given was doubled, queried this and eventually the original price given. 25 mins of paperwork later eventually saw a "manager " and basically told that they don't offer just a heat pack but would need full work up etc and has to be put through insurance cannot self pay. Declined service and told they already charged my account almost $200. Demanded my money back as no treatment was given and brought in under false pretense's. Said yes would not charge my account. Following day check account and low and behold my account was charged and not credited back. Queried this with office receptionist said did not know how to credit and manager was not available to ask. Demanded my money be returned and will be reporting for breach of ethics and PCI merchant compliance. Do not trust this company they are unethical and unprofessional be careful.
