I adopted a dog from East Main Animal Clinic and from the first day we had medical issues, notified them and was told to wait couple days, called back and was told upper respiratory inf. was going around. Gave us medicine, the one symptom was going away another symptom was showing up. I was within the 10day return and refund policy. I explained when I called that I thought the dog had health issues, when I returned the dog the vet took the dog and said that there would be no refund and told me the get out. She was rude and we had paid $171.00 to them plus extras crate, dog food, leash, collar, bed. It's not so much about the money as about the way the whole thing was handled and how they treat people. There was 2 other employees that overhead the outcome. Take your chances if you go there.

East Main Animal Clinic provides the best service in the area. The veterinarians know their field. I have used these services for more than 20 years, and I've always felt comfortable taking my pets to East Main where they get the best care available. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet.
