Dr Meadows and his staff cared for our little Lucy for several weeks. She became a family member of the Animal Hospital of Lakeport. There wasn't a day that went by that we didn't receive a thorough update on Lucy. They encouraged us to visit Lucy and always had a room ready for us to do so.
. Many nights, Dr meadows took LUCY home with him over night to give her round the clock medication and feedings. Many, many nights he drove back to the office to check on her. Dr Meadows is a man of compassion who loves animals and people. He consulted with several specialists, and kept us updated on every finding.
. As Lucy deteriorated, we brought her home to spend quality time with her. Dr Meadows even came to our house to say good by. Lucy loved Dr Meadows!
. That very week we received the most beautiful bouquet of roses from Dr Meadows and staff. My husband and I cried together, as we were so grateful that they were able to walk through this journey with us to the very end.
. I love Dr Meadows and every staff member there. We were loved and so was Lucy!
