They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. We have availed ourselves of their services in the past. We have been without a dog for a few years. We just got a 7 yr old pug from an animal shelter, & in 2 days she will be checked at their clinic. Dr roberta is great, & we are looking forward to meeting Dr suzie. Tt's 75 miles away, but we wouldn't consider going anywhere else......

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. The examining rooms at Chester Veterinary Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile.
