Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They barely gave me any information at all. Was unable to get an appointment for 3 to 6 weeks due to new "open clinic" scheduling procedures, information none of which was sent out to primary care patients.
One scheduling lady said to me, "You don't think we are just sitting here waiting for your call with baited breath?"
Once in the office I was treated as a pariah. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, even threw things at me , like kleenex boxes and paper work. They gave me no copy of the meds prescribed by MD on computer, so I don't know if there are any mistakes on the prescriptions.
I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I was told by the doctor rather rudely that he wasn't there to help me manage my copd , he was just there to deal with the symptoms. He also threatened me with his right not to treat me and could kick me out anytime.
None of my questions were answered, minimal care was given and I felt worse when I left. If you are poor and sick you are screwed. It used to be a nice caring health provider, but the last two years it is like pulling teeth to get in.
Front office staff was too busy getting everyone's lunch order rather than worrying about patients.
This used to be a nice clinic with caring staff, but I guess they've gotten too big for their britches now that they have clinics in Rock Island and East Moline as well.
I saw they received some kind of award for patient care and excellence in medicine, must have gone to their heads. I would not recommend this clinic if you had a hangnail or were even dying, You are better off going to the ER.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest.
