The staff and vet made my pets feel comfortable and safe. One of my dogs has a difficult time with 2 procedures that must be done on a bimonthly basis and Dr. Wes and his staff are able to keep Charlie calm for the most part and the procedures are performed with the least amount of stress. I have 3 dogs and I totally recommend this clinic.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people!

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
