I have 3 cats and have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Collette's care. All of the staff are personable and caring. They make follow-up calls and seem genuinely concerned. Dr. Collette listens to my feedback and respects my concerns about certain meds or treatments I may have had experience with on other animals. He is patient and doesn't try to rush the exam times. They gave discounts and free medical tests to help a very sick stray Siamese I ended up adopting. Overall, a kind, responsible and intelligent team that I am staying with.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
