I have been bringing my dogs to Camillus Animal Clinic for many years. I recently moved a half hour away but I still bring my dog to Dr. Otto. I rarely wait long and everyone is very nice.

My kitten got fleas after her first visit here. She has never been outside and my boyfriend and myself had not been around animals etc. She just magically had fleas the day after her first visit. I had to pay $50 for treatments. When I spoke to the vet, she insisted that no, I brought them in on my clothes and it wasn't their practice. I asked that she mail me my cats shot records so I could find another vet and she replied that I had to pick them up and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Im 37 weeks pregnant. I don't need fleas! Don't go here if you don't want flea problems.

Very Warm and loving to my cats, They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is very good. . This place had a good staff , and I'll definitely be going back. They were very gentle and caring to my cats. I know that I could count on them at all times.I had a very good experience.

Rude, cold, unhappy people there. Would never return. Glad there is a new animal clinic opening up across from where IHOP was. This is actually the first place I have ever written a review about because I was so shocked at how cold they were. The care there may be ok, people say on the expensive side but the people working there, I was so shocked at their coldness.
