Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

No way!! I would never trust him/her alone with my pet!

I have been SO impressed with Dundee Veterinary Clinic!! The prices are unbeatable, as is the great service and knowledgable staff. I'm glad I chose Dundee Vet. for my puppy. She had some complications as a youngin' - and they handled it so perfectly. She's healthy and happy, and I couldn't be happier with my vet choice. I recommend Dundee Veterinarian Clinic to EVERYONE. However, it's the personal one on one service that I love the most- and that would be lost if everyone knew the best kept secret in Monroe County! So shh!

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their staff is very friendly and professional. My cat is my "fur child" and they all took great care to handle him wonderfully and explain things to me to make his care even better.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
