I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I definitely feel that they care about the animals. That is the most important thing to me; however, there are times that some staff members made me feel like an inadequate owner. My pets are like my babies, my family, but I think that their intentions were good. My point is, that if they put my pet before me as a customer, with good intentions,it is ok. I do feel that they should be aware of how this can affect sensitve customers though. Overall, the care they porvide is outstanding! The affordabiility is very reasonable, considering their quality care and trustworthy reputation. A special thanks to Dr. Laura Richardson and "Becky" (among others who I talked to during my kittie's stay who made me feel like my cat was loved the whole time I was not able to be with him.)
