I am an animal lover. I have 3 birds and 2 dogs. Dr Huckabee has seen 4 of them. The only reason he hasn't seen all of them is that one of the birds is extremely healthy. He has been very good for all my babies but absolutely wonderful for my birdies. If you're a bird person you know they don't usually like anyone but they're one human. My cockatoo has decided that Dr Huckabee is OK. She's even sort of a little in love with him. Which is very unusual. Even when he calls her a pink chicken. We like him a lot and trust him with our babies. We drive from the far north side of town to his clinic because of that trust.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Every time I've called I get to talk to someone about my concerns or I make an appointment depending on my needs. Dr. Huckabee takes care of my Galah Cockatoo. She couldn't be in better hands. I always feel that he cares as much for her as he would if she were his own bird. I can call and ask a question if I don't understand and get an answer back usually very quickly. He takes good care not only of the pet but of the pet owner making sure they understand the method of treatment. My cockatoo has not been around men and is very much a woman's bird. I'm not sure she'd give Dr. Huckabee 5 stars but he's done a remarkable job keeping her healthy.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Huckabee for over 15 years. He is a great vet and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. He is loving and caring to my dogs. He has done surgery on two of my dogs and I wouldn't want any other vet to take care of them. I have referred family and friends and they have all like him. I highly recommend him.
