I have been taking my dogs there for a couple of months and while they have a very well run facility I can't get past their prices and that they are constantly doing a "hard sell" on any and all testing, blood work or products. It makes me very wary of trusting what they have to say, is this in my pets best interest or are they here to make money. Unless you have an unlimited supply of funds, stay away.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

We are from out of town and needed a vet on the Saturday of a 3 day weekend. Good luck! We called and went to Best Friend's and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were all caring and wonderful. When the Dr examined our dog she was very thorough and explained her findings throughout. Her diagnosis was was different from what we expected and she was right. Her tests and medications were appropriate. Our dog is now doing great again! I would recommend this Vet.
