I had Dr. Gary France, DVM and crew come to my place on an emergency farm call for one of my horses. Dr. France brought 4 staff members out and they handled our situation with the utmost of care and urgency. His billing was fair and reasonable.. Dr. France knows horses. I would highly recommend Dr. Gary France for managed care and Emergency care.

I took my dog here for a 10 day rabies quarantine on the recommendation of a local animal shelter who said they had the most reasonable prices. We went to visit him a couple of times and both times he acted like he hadn't used the bathroom in ages. We were charged for an exam but we never saw him receive one. (The doc came in, gave him a vaccine, and left.) He came home acting sick, throwing up, etc... So i took him to another vet. Turned out he had a severe urinary tract infection. I don't care how reasonable their prices are... I will never take another animal to that clinic.

When I brought my sick animal in, Dr. France was very helpful and accommodating but when I went back to pick up my pet after surgery I was told to be available for an hour in order to receive after-surgery care instructions and medications. I did make time for that but when I arrived I was not given any instructions or medications for my pet. On top of that, half the time you can't get through the hallway because there is a baby wandering around from room to room without anyone watching him. One time he got in the trash and pulled out a bloody syringe and no one knew until he had squirted animal blood all over his face and clothing!! An animal clinic should be more professional than that! I want to go to a clinic not a daycare center-- it's absolutely appalling to say the least!

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
