They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. My overall experience with this provider would rank them five stars. They were so appreciative and thankful. The staff was very caring and compasionate at a very sad time for my family. I was very impressed.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I don't think I will be recommending this animal hospital to anyone I know. They didn't really meet my standards, and I don't think they would meet my friends' or families' either. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.

Now after that auto review it says i wrote I will tell you what I think.
I took my dog there while he was having a seizure. He is epileptic and has a seizure history. The first thing they did was to remove my dog from me ( bad move) and take him to the back rooms and left me standing in the front. Did not ask me any questions or tell me anything. Then a girl came out and took us to a exam room to fill out paperwork but never said what do you want us to do. when I asked to see my dog she said I am not permitted in the back because they have other patients. ( WTF ) Next the doctor came in to tell us he was in a cage (not my arms) with a IV. I said my dog is not staying here and is going home with me whereas she said you don't want us to do blood tests and I said no. She then ran out of the exam room.
They brought my dog out to me still in a seizure and charged me $. This was the most unprofessional visit to a vet I have ever had. What should have happened is that my dog and I put into a exam room together and the doctor say what do you want and I could have said to stabilize him with a shot of valium. After going to my vet the next day I can do this myself at home rectally.
