The technicians are excellent. Office staff is "so-so"...not overly friendly at check-in time. I find the appointment scheduling process to be extremely annoying, as they never have an actual person available to take your call - you have to leave a call back number...certainly not a patient-centric focus. When I call to make an appointment, it's because I have the time to talk to someone when I call. When they call back at THEIR convenience, it may not be convenient for me. I may not be in a location where I have my appointment calendar handy, or feel comfortable discussing making a medical appointment. I am seriously considering switching to a different facility because of their appointment scheduling process.
