They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
