I have been going to Arrow Pet Clinic and Hartford Animal Hospital for many years. The girls are very caring and understanding and take my concerns seriously. I love both Dr. Lerdal and Dr. Gardiner, they have been through many, many illnesses with my cats and dog and also through the harder times when I've lost a loved animal and their care and concern always make me feel cared for as an owner. When I have an emergency, I know that they are there for me, all I have to do is call. I won't be going anywhere else ever if I don't have to. Love all these people because I know that they care.
