The staff at Lemmon Clinic are very helpful. The major problem is the black hole and obstinate, rude and unreachable employees associated at the main office, 25 miles away, at West River Health Services, Hettinger, ND, 58639. Their patients have to argue with their front office employees in order to get physician prescribed dexa scans and prolia shot approvals. Management has been advised to meet with their employees and train them on patient and customer service issues and complaints.
