WE moved our family members (3) there in June and were promised IN WRITING that they had a contract for 5 years which would expire in 2015 and would not be closing in that time period..... WELL- they announced yesterday they are closing, did not even bother contacting anyone in my family, I had to hear about it from another residents family! Pretty sad.... We have 30 days to move our family, Thanks so much Jackson Manor for such terrible ethics!
I was VERY pleased with the care my dad recieved at Jackson Manor. He was a patient there for 15 months before he passed away. He was treated with respect and was ALWAYS clean when I visited. (which was a minimum of twice a week) I could visit at 2 in the morning or 3 pm, anytime I wish. The staff always answeared any questions I had, and notified by phone if any chages happened between visits. The building is old, but the atmosphere is like you are at home. The neighborhood is safe.
