They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The examining rooms at #fullname|business~this veterinarian#'s office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.
