Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

One of my dogs recently got cancer and the entire Kelley Animal Hospital team has been wonderful. They have walked me through all of my questions and given me a lot of different options. I have been taking my animals there for awhile and trust them more than I have trusted past vets I've been to with my pets. They saw me through the loss of a beloved pet with such compassion a few years ago; I know that I am in good hands when I go there or give them a call. I would highly recommend!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Information was the same old stuff.(from previous visits) I didn't feel like my needs were met and they didn't make any extra effort to find solutions for my dog's condition.

Wonderful hospital! They have cared for a number of my pets and I always feel like they take adequate time to explain things to me and also respect my budget by providing different options. I would recommend to anyone.
