This was a first visit. I had to wait for the doors to open in the morning, because I didn't know they didn't open until 9:00 and I was there earlier than that. Being first in line for the day may have had some effect on the speed of service. Since there was no one else there, really, I didn't have a lot of competition for the doctors' attention. They called me on the afternoon of my visit with preliminary results of some tests they ran, and I am expecting another call today with the rest of the results. All in all, the service I received on my single visit so far was good.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Dr. L. Shepherd was not friendly, hardly listened to my concerns. I was treated in a timely fashion, however, they did not call me with my lab results! Which said I had mrsa, which can kill you! I had to call two days after to get this result. Not impressed with bedside manner or patient follow through. Disappointing.
