The staff seem friendly and efficient. The location is clean and easy to get to. Not happy with the financial side. Walked out feeling like we had been through the ringer with a sleazy used car dealer. Were quoted one price over the phone when getting our two cats spayed and it ended up costing us more then double the amount after all the additional fees were tacked on as we were leaving. The closest allegory we could think of was if we had bought a used car and as we were leaving the salesman asked us if we wanted tires on it because that would be an additional cost. Word of warning, get all quotes in writing up front and ask the price of every suggestion before agreeing to anything.

I've only had the occasion to bring my pup to Budd Lake Animal Hospital once, so far. I'll definitely return! I live about 45 minutes away, and pass at least 3 vet offices on my way, but this office came so highly recommended, that I didn't mind making the trip. And I'm glad I did. We'll be returning in the near future for a "dental" appointment.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated.
