I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I feel like my appointment was pointless and EXPENSIVE! None of my questions were answered, just excuses, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left (and so did my pet). Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them.

I had to wait almost an hour for them. Way overpriced and services were not explained beforehand. After when I inquired to the pricing I was told they told me beforehand. This was simply not true. I just don't see how some of these simple procedures could cost so much, especially when considering my old vet charged nearly half their prices.The office was filthy and smelled like the entire building could stand a thorough cleaning. The icing on the cake was my pet came home in worse condition than when he went in. Too many shots and unnecessary tests only for them to have NO answers. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering taking their pet here to THINK TWICE They really make no effort to show any compassion to their customers here. I was extremely shocked at how unprofessionally these professionals treated my family an our pet.
