I have tried to make an appointment for my children three times. Every time I call I'm on hold and they tell me to call back at the end of the month or next week because they have no oppenings. I only choose this facility because of the doctor. I have now found another doctor after extensive research. I will never go back here even if my life depended on it.

Not one bit
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
