I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact I warn anyone that is viewing this to NEVER take their animal there. I brought my English Bulldog Oopie there because she wasn't' feeling well (however she was not awful) she just appeared to be a little drowsy. When we first entered the room he said they would have to muzzle her and I expressed out loud to him I did not feel comfortable with that, and was shocked he would even consider this due to the fact that English Bulldogs typically have breathing problems. When I voiced my concerns Dr. Fred Ingles remarked back, "Oh do you have an M.D.?" He proceeded to muzzle her anyway and she stopped breathing on the table. They did revive her but she just could not re cooperate and died shortly after. Please, please, please do not take your animal to see him.

I spent three weeks taking my cat there every single day for diabetic treatment. In those three weeks his glucose levels remained around 500 or above. I saw a doctor only three times and two of those times I had to ask to see the doctor to address issues such as vomiting etc due to them sending my cat out to me via a tech every afternoon when I picked him up. The techs gave me false information. After the third week of being promised by techs and another doctor on the staff, that my cat would be switched to a new insulin brand I was told it would take another 5 days before they could receive the order and that no other vet offices carried that brand of insulin. I personally called a different vet office that is 10 minutes away that same day and they had the insulin. Clermont vet refused to go and pick up the medicine that day and when I finally spoke to Dr. Linda Ingle, she immediately started shouting in the phone at me and stated that she was understaffed and could not send anyone to pick up his medication. She said it was "Not her responsibility to get my cat his medication." She was not apologetic that her staff had lied to me. She said that they were closing soon, despite her having left early before closing time, and that it was a holiday the next day and they wanted to leave on time. She also stated that she was treating my cat out of pocket which is a complete lie. I paid for everything up front and when I asked if I owed anything every single day, her staff told me no, that I had already paid up front. I took my animal his own food every day and would have paid or helped supply anything that my cat might have needed. In the three weeks of taking my cat there with glucose levels that were so high the tester didn't register, she never attempted to try alternate treatment on her own, despite my requests for her to do so. I guess she either ignored my request or her staff never relayed the message to her. This is why the doctor should take a few minutes to consult with the animals owner and not send untrained and non licensed techs out to do the job that she should be doing. In all honesty I have never been yelled at or treated so unprofessionally. I believe she was angry that I proved her staff lied to me and that another vet office had medication readily available and was more than willing to get it to my cat. To tell someone that it is not her responsibility to obtain medication for my cat when she is the primary doctor is absurd! I urge anyone strongly that if you have a diabetic animal to not take them there. The doctors there may provide excellent service regarding other issues but they are incompetent when it comes to diabetic treatment. The insulin that they carry Humulin N, has been noted as the most poor choice of insulin on several veterinary boards. She has a few techs that like to play doctor and state things that are entirely false. If you go there...demand to speak with a doctor and never ever relay information through their techs. Please also note that if you have an emergency and it is almost closing time, you will receive poor assistance and you will be treated very unprofessionally. She even had the nerve to tell me that she didn't trust me to give my cat injections with the new insulin when she has been having me give him two shots a day for three weeks myself. Absurd! I will never ever take another of my animals to them again and after this issue came out, you would not believe the number of people that agree with me and refuse to take their animals to them any more. They have a lot of unhappy clients. They were lied to the same as I was and also stated that they found Dr Linda Ingle to be rude and unprofessional in her demeanor. I wouldn't even care personally if her bedside manner was lacking, but her obstinate attitude to attempt different treatment when the treatment she is using shows no change or improved result is not acceptable.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
