Doctors are nice and very informative and great with both my dogs however the desk clerks lack customer service skills and common sense they quoted us on a spay and boarding and when we dropped off our dog and asked them to add some medicine to the bill we wanted to pay up front the first clerk couldnt figure out how the second clerk got the amount on the quote her amount was different then they had to add a required shot which was ok and then the medicine we then verified 3 times the items and cost we paid said amount. When we came to pick up our dog and medicine we was told we only paid for surgery and boarding our dog did not receive the kennel cough required shot or blood test for medicine or the medicine. They told me the vet sean would call me which never happened and we called to have the medicine shipped and a week later nothing called again was told it was sent but i could drive and pick it up and was then hung up on. Not sure if its a case of bait and switch or two clerks cooking some books but if you love your animals stay away from this place you are paying for things your pet is not getting.
