We have taken our animals to Dr Hoppe for over 30 years. He is an excellent vet and a kind and caring person, always willing to answer questions and offer advise. His staff is fabulous, friendly, efficient., knowledgeable and compassionate. We love our pets like family, trust St Johnsbury Animal Hospital with their lives and well being and cannot recommend these folks highly enough!!

What a breath of fresh air!! If I could give a 10, I would. All the folks at St J Animal Hospital are kind, caring, compassionate & so loving! Not only does Dr Rob make my cat (there have been quite a few 'cats') feel safe secure & calm, but he & they attend to my own anxiety of whatever may be happening WITH said cat. They all know me/us by name & are always cheerful, even if they themselves have had a bad day. I would gladly refer people here & I have. Sometimes, tho, I want to keep them for myself alone! This Vet, Dr Rob & attendees, has been such a blessing to my life as well as my cats. They are truly friends, not mere people at a business! Dr Seachrist is great too..

Dr. Hoppe, Kris, and the entire St. J. Animal Hospital staff are top notch. My kitties and my dog have enjoyed the best of preventive as well as emergency care at this animal clinic for more than 20 years. They care for our animals like they are family, and my animals are like family to me.

They were average
Was the temperature in the office acceptable to you?
Ok
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
