Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
