If I could put a -5 stars I would. I took my 7 year old dog here because he was having problems urinating. Dr. Seamans palpated his abdomen and listened to his lungs and said "''''you ready to go to Rochester or your dog is going to die" Did nothing to him...70$ went Rochester ER and the dr looked at me and said "he wasn't going to die, he has bladder stones and he will need surgery because one was in his urethra.(1,100$) Called Dr. Seamans office back, they scheduled surgery for that Mon.(2,200$) Tues he called me and said everything was fine and he got everything out, then, a couple hours later he called and stated "Well there is another stone stuck in his urethra so the surgery will have to be redone by a specialist or the offer again to euthanize him. EUTHANIZE by baby because YOU missed a stone. He said there is always complications to surgery, which they NEVER explained anything to me and signed the consent themselves that they discussed it with me. I ended up going and picking my dog up and bringing him home with an IV in his leg and a urinary catheter in place. I let him rest a day while I called specialist and that surgery was going to be close to 5k. After a day of rest I took the catheter out and he started peeing, pooping, eating and drinking like a champ. Out of respect, because I was quite distraught that day thinking I'm losing my dog that I called to update them that everything was ok and apologize. The receptionist answers and I started explaining things and then I said, I don't know if you want to credit my account but you charged for him to stay the second night and he didn't. She then states, "we took enough off that bill" and hung up on me. I immediately call back and she picks the phone up and hangs up again without even saying hello. This place is a poor excuse for a vet office, they don't care. Twice they wanted to put my dog to sleep because it was easier than doing the job right or fixing the problem that you created. Never again will I step foot in that place nor would I recommend them to anyone. (They took 50 bucks off my bill) I was goin to rush him up to the ER again for another 1-2k when there wasn't anything wrong, he was swollen from the surgery and they didn't give him time to rest.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I went to them asking about getting a cat neutered and they quoted me 170 dollars for a neuter. Then I inquired about getting Advantix for my dogs and they said they would need to examine all of them....and their fees are ridiculous. They are the only vet I know of who demands to do a physical on a dog before they will sell you a flea treatment. Scammers.
