They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. We will NEVER, EVER come here again. The receptionist was not friendly and the place was DIRTY! The entire waiting area was disgusting! Dead bugs all over, spider webs, dust, dirt, grime, nasty stains on carpet! It got even worse when we went to see a doctor, who wasn't even a real doctor! The entire back was filthy and disgusting! It had not been cleaned properly for at least 6 months to a year...maybe more! A doctor's office should be cleaned properly and this place was just NASTY!!!! The doctor's office was gross. The table must have been 100 years old and there were cuts in the table itself that had been taped back up with duct tape! You could tell that nothing was sanitized or cleaned on a regular basis. The PA that dealt with us did not wash his hands and he sat in a chair the whole time. We also had questions and he had to look up the answers on his I-Phone! Unacceptable all around! If you need help, I would NOT go to this medical center. Don't waste your time or money!!!!! Drive to Watertown...worth the drive. This place was nasty dirty and the medical assistance was not great!

I have to say, I never ended up going to this provider, but I am very disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled a well-woman exam with this provider, because I wanted to be seen with by a female doctor. My first appointment was cancelled due to the provider falling ill - this was fine. I had to schedule the appointment for another 6 weeks out. The day of my appointment 6 weeks later, they called to tell me that a male would be doing my exam and that they needed me to do the exam 2 hours earlier. I understand that sometimes things happen - however, I find it highly unprofessional to give me less than 24 hours notice, as I am generally expected to do. I had covered a shift at work for this appointment and then they did not even have the courtesy to call me the day before. I am very disappointed with their service and will never go to this facility. I don't recommend it at all.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my
entire day. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question.
