They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I went in for a nail trim on my chihuahua and walked out with a paralyzed pet that ended up having to be put to sleep. They only care about money not your pet. Totally unemotional uncaring. Dropped my dog on his face twice, then the vet was more upset with the assistant not knowing how to hold an animal than the fact that my baby had been paralyzed and needed help. Horrible, Horrible place, nothing like when it was run by a local vet. Commercialized to extract money from people. They love money, not animals. I have been a local resident for 25 years, when Dr. Sindler sold to these people our animals suffered for it. Don't use them, or their other locations.

Whenever I visit East Lake Animal Clinic I feel they have my dog's best interests formost in their minds. Both the technicians and doctors call with updates and answer questions. I never feel rushed and they will spend time explaining medications and things to look for to help me help my dogs. I even received a followup call after a few days from the Doctor, just checing to see how my Nicki was responding to the medication with a number to call back in case I had follow up questions.
