I positively recommend Green St Vet clinic for anyone in the Middleville, Gun Lake, Hastings and beyond area. They have gone above and beyond and are happy to do so. They have always made sure everything was right and truly care about your concerns. They help us to be good stewards. I have never experienced ANY customer service and caring like this from anywhere before. I trust them with all of my "adopted son's " health care without any doubt, the only vet I will personally work with. I have seriously been surprised by the care and professionalism they have that I don't see any where else anymore at all.

Green Street has seen our dog only for rabies vaccine and for heart-worm checks, so he is somewhat nervous and defensive. They treat him well, take his stress into account and together we 'get it done' sometimes with a soft muzzle on him for their safety in case he is freaked out enough to nip. They answer my questions fully. The office is clean and well laid out.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.
