I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.
