I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Love, love, love ACare. I've been going there for a few years now. I drive there all the way from Waterford. I can't find care or prices that even compare any where near me. The vet will tell you right away if something is necessary or not. No hidden fees, reasonable prices, SUPER friendly staff ( that alone is a rarity) and never a problem getting an appointment. I have a dog and 3 cats and I've been ripped off by so many other vet offices that it is a relief to know that the good guys still exist.

If I could put zero stars, or better yet negative stars, I would. Not only are they rude, the office is dirty, and they spend no time explaining anything to you, they misdiagnosed and eventually killed my kitten. I have already made a report to the better business bureau, and I would like to ask that anyone else that has a had a similiar experience to please do the same. The doctor obviously did not know what he was doing or did not care. If you havent already been there, I suggest you stay away.
