They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too
difficult. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
