Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

The waiting room here is spacious. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. They are very good at explaining what is happening and why they need to do procedures. I trust them and so do my pets, at least as much as young male cats trust anyone when they don't think it is their idea! I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian keeps owners fully informed on their pets condition.

My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
