Dr Downs is the bomb. She cares about your pet just as much as you do. She takes the time to explain what is wrong and makes me comfortable for me to ask questions.

My dog developed severe pain and swelling in his testicles on a Sunday. I called Dr. Downs on Monday morning and she immediately saw him. She did the exam and blood work and found that he had testicular cancer. She scheduled him that day for a neutering and was able to come home that same afternoon. The care that we have always received has been so heartwarming and caring. She truly puts the pet first and the charges last. We will never take our animals to anyone else. She and her staff are angels. Thank you to Dr. Downs and her staff.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
