I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It is a big deal, and does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Dr. Tyler was very rude and was more concerned about being late to lunch then taking care of my dog. My dog was seriously hurt and she wouldn't take the time to look him over thoroughly. I felt I was being pushed out the door just so her and the staff could go to lunch. I will never take my pets there again and will never recommend this clinic to anyone.
