The examining rooms at Jim Friedly, DVM's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Dr Friedly is a wonderful and caring vet and an excellent choice. I recommend this vet as an alternative to the traditional vet, which you will still maintain for shots and surgeries, especially if your pet is fed raw. He has taken the time to learn about feeding pets raw so that his advice is knowledgeable.
