Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Not only was Dr. Friedly able to provide everything he promised me, he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Ione keeps the examining rooms at Dr. Friedly's office immaculate. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Dr. Friedly fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. Dr. Friedly gave my animals wonderful care and more quality time with me in their old age. I am beyond grateful for his services.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

Dr Friedly provides the BEST equine and dog care. He's worked on my horses and dogs on several occassions. Highly recommend
