Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
