The exam rooms at their office were not very clean. He didn't tell me very much about my pet's treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I have lost my faith in his care because he misdiagnosed my pet and was unwilling to even consider the fact that it was their fault my pet got worse.
