My dog had multiple surgeries with Dr. Avril. He was patient with me and my husband prior to and after each surgery and spent time on the phone with me while making the difficult decision to have each surgery. The only negative I can say is that before each surgery, I asked if there were alternative treatments for my dog ... and each time Dr. Avril told me that there were no alternatives other than surgery. It turns out that there were alternative measures I could take to prevent my dog's injuries and even to heal her without having surgery. While Dr. Avril is a gifted surgeon, look into alternative options before having surgery.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
